At Amelie & Grace, you benefit from a 30-day withdrawal right starting from the date you receive your order.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at: info@amelieandgrace.co.uk We will then provide you with the return instructions as well as the correct return address.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a tracked service in order to keep proof of shipment.

Once we have received and validated the return, we will process the refund within 7 working days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
